MindDesk is operated by Kairion Group OÜ, a private limited company established under Estonian law via the e-Residency programme. The company is subject to Estonian jurisdiction and European Union regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any contractual disputes shall be governed by Estonian law, with Tallinn as the agreed place of jurisdiction unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
Default billing currency is USD. Customers may request invoicing in EUR or AED on negotiation. VAT may apply based on the customer's country of establishment (EU reverse charge, GCC VAT rules). Detailed invoices are issued via Stripe and include all legal references required by Estonian tax law.
Customer data is hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and served via Vercel, both SOC 2 certified providers. Data processing is subject to GDPR and a Data Processing Agreement is available to enterprise customers upon request. Personal data is not used to train AI models.
